1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to r24. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and r24 ("Company", "we"). This document governs your use of the r24.pro website, mobile app, and all services and products we offer (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also considered part of this agreement.

R24 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by providing reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility to Register an Account

The r24 platform may only be accessed and used by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration. r24 takes the protection of minors from gambling activity seriously.
• Is an individual registering on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list from any gambling platform.
• Has never had an account closed at r24 for fraud, breach of trust, or terms violations.
• Acting with full legal capacity and not subject to any court order that restricts participation in online gambling activities.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at r24. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and phone number. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. r24 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your own negligence.
• Notify r24 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Passwords must be strong — containing a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and must not be shared with anyone.
• R24 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

Identity verification (KYC) will be carried out when a player first requests a withdrawal or when account activity triggers a security review. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or proof of current address.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

R24 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, TnG eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX. All financial transactions on our platform are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Requirements:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposited funds must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the player's own name.
• R24 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Requirements:

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit and/or bonus — for example, a 20x wagering requirement means the combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before playing. Unfamiliarity with the rules is not a valid basis for disputing a payout.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game session, r24 will attempt to restore the session to its last verified state. If this cannot be done, the affected bets will be returned to the player's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• R24 reserves the right to void and withhold payment of any winnings obtained through bug exploitation, system vulnerabilities, or other fraudulent methods.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, r24's server records will serve as the final reference. Players may contact the support team to request a transaction review within 14 days from the date of the relevant game.

7. Accepted Player Conduct

R24 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment towards other players or support staff.
• Sharing account information, passwords, or platform access with third parties.

• Submitting false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.
• Any form of collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in a game — particularly in live games or poker.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system hacking.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the specified timeframe.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the r24 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance (not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

9. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The r24 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation 24/7, r24 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors or technical disruptions.

• R24 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, player device failures, or external factors beyond our control.
• R24 is not liable for game outcomes affected by a player's own actions, including errors in bet placement.
• The maximum liability of r24 to any player under any circumstance is limited to the player's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
